i bought 2 units of iphone4 last thanksgiving day in CA. up ot now i can't use them in Manila, Philippines because they are lock to AT & T.
May I know if there will chance that a software be sent to me for a fee so i can unlock them? or do you know anyone who an send me an unlocking sofware that is authorized by Apple and i will pay.

edong giray, I suggest you try and Google for the iPhone 4 unlock. There are 100's of sites that will assist you with that. There is one here and one more here Good Luck

As long as you still on the 1.5 baseband you're in luck and can unlock your device. Stay away from software updates as they will update your baseband software too and will render the unlock useless. If you have to update your software you can use Tiny Umbrella to keep your baseband. If you are on a later baseband version (2.x / 3.x) you will have to wait as the unlock team will publish the unlock only after the iOS 4.3 update.
