Ok has a black screen but if u use a flashlight u can see a pic in the back ground and I was told it was the power supply / inverter board so I replaced that and it still does the same thing what might it be then

It may be one or more burnt out LED lights in the LED light strips which are used as the backlight in the tv. You can often find replacement LED strips on sites like eBay or possibly shopjimmy once you have the correct part number from the LED light strips in your TV. YouTube videos about replacing LED light strips in LED TVs may give you a good idea of what you will be up against.
