USB TYPE C Charge port Assembly
Anyone know where I can can find the charge port assembly for this unit, customer got it wet and it is hosed.

While not the newest model I do believe the port part is the same across the 2015 & 2016 series models.
Here's the IFIXIT guide: Retina MacBook 2015 USB-C Port Replacement and here's the part: MacBook 12" Retina (Early 2015) USB-C Port - Apple P/N 923-00412. If you need the ribbon cable then thats a different part, and its different between the series

Nope not even close to the same, the one I need has a ribbon cable, I bought a 2015 port thinking the same thing, not even close.
As I stated the ribbon cable is different! I only stated the USB-C connector part was 'likely' the same.
its not even close, bracket is different, holes do not line up properly and the cable is fixed to the port, So to answer your answer the USBC connector as I stated is not even close to the same, wont and could never work, found one job is complete thanks anyway.
