Daleo Kelso this will only work if your truck has the trailer towing package. If it has been wired aftermarket, you'll have to dig a bit for it. For the truck equipped with the package:
Fuse F31 will be for the parking lights on the trailer connector and Fuse F58 is for the trailer connector backup lights.

Check #67 under the hood behind radiator. There is a fuse box there. I had same problem. It's a 20 amp blue 1cmx1cm square style with clear window at top. A simple continuity test will tell if it's bad.

trailer is working good now.
Look under the lid of the fuse box. Should tell you.

# F 150 which fuse should I check when my trailer light not working
von Zane Walker Walker
I have a 2019 F-350 XLT and was having trouble with my 30A fuse consistently blowing (trailer running lights) with only one particular trailer but no problem with the other. My friend, who's an auto mechanic, plugged that trailer into his truck and it worked fine. After much testing he sprayed the truck's plug with contact cleaner and that solved the issue. Still not sure why it worked fine with one trailer but the other trailer shorted out multiple fuses consistently. Weird.

@zanewalkerwa494 I was able to find schematics for my F-350 at this this website: https://www.startmycar.com/us/ . It has diagrams and labels for all the fuses and where the different fuse boxes are located. Quite handy-dandy. Hope this helps.
