charge is not increasing without the use of my phone
one day i was using my phone and after the use i plugged in my phone in charge but charge is not increasing and while charging i dont use my phone. then i contact a technician who advise me to connect ziner dioide after that is dont works the problem is at the place so what should i have to do to repair it.....

Does the phone show that it's plugged in (is there a small lightning sign on the battery?) Did it work before? When you plug in the cable, does it feel like it's not secured properly, does it wobble around or can you remove it with little to no force?
Regardless of your answer to these questions, I'd try using another cable first, then a different power supply, perhaps a more powerful one.
