Will a early 2013 display fit mid 2014
I was wondering if a early 2013 display replacement will fit a mid 2014 since I got one for a really good price

No, They are not interchangeable.
for 13":
2012 and early 2013 (a1425) are interchangeable
late 2013 and 2014 (a1502) are interchangeable
none of them can be used in the 2015
for 15"
2012 - 2014 LCD-panel are interchangeable - for complete display only 2012/early 2013 and late 2013/2014 are interchangeable as webcam connector is different

What If I don't use webcam?
The LCD Pinouts are different.
oh okay but you said lcd panel is interchangeable for 15'? so if i take out the lcd panel of the 2013 and put it in the 2014 it should work?

Sorry I read that as 13inches. Yeah the 15 panels are the same but webcam cable is different. That also is the ambient light sensor cable. Swapping the LCD pannel between displays is going to be very difficult
Hey guys, hopefully you all are good!! I just wanted to ask for your professional opinion since I have a MBP mid 12 retina 15” A1398 that has CPU /GPU ISSUES and I was hoping I could maybe to buy a newer model in ebay so I can swap out the SSD and screen as my 2012's screen is in really good condition and that way I would save some money. I don't mind sacrificing the isight but the brightness control it is necessary for me. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!!

So if I take only LCD from 2012 it will fit into 2014 ? I know that flex cabel is good but that small concetor I dont know if it is backlight or what Will be that also correct ?

Sadly, you can't.
Apple altered a few different things including the ribbon cable pinouts! The 2015 13" & 15" models use a unique display!
Becuase now I used on macbook pro 2014 15" LCD complet from 2012 it works great only web cam not working
So because I have dilema if it really works or not but the true is that the brightness on macbook 2014 with 2012 lcd when I take down to 10% brightness it still looks that it has at least 40% of the brightness
As we all said Apple altered too many things to make this work properly. The iSight camera is different the displays ID is different and while it looks like it works its not ID'ed properly as the system has no idea of this display which is why the backlight control is not working properly.
So bottomline get the correct display Vs hobbling together parts that are just not designed to work.
So please tell me where can I buy it ? because Alie. is problem at this time, ebay nothing also so where
Getting a new display won't be possible. The demand for all of the older retina model displays has stripped out the spares and part'ed systems as people just don't want to give up their systems and the anti-reflective coating failure also added to the stress of the supply.
So what you can get is a stained screen 15" MacBook Pro retina, Complete Display - Staingate (13/14) Used Grade-B. I've been buying these and then I strip the coatings. It's the best you can do other than finding a used system.
