Why wouldn,t my wifi netwrok show up on my phone?

my phone was perfectly okay, the wifi worked properly, it was also fine after the software update i did day before yesterday. Today morning, the battery ran out of charge and the phone switched off while i was using it. This has happened several times in the past and is absolutely normal. After i have charged it completely and restarted it, my wifi network doesn't show up anymore. Other networks appear only mine doesn't. I have tried restarting my phone and a third party wifi manager, none of it worked. Please help me out of this.
