Was going for a walk earlier and they suddenly they just got very quiet even with the volume all the way up. Even when on the highest volume setting they only play at a very low volume compared to before they did this.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

What i did to fix mine was remove the ear buds and take something to scrape off the ear wax. Also then remove the little black mesh because ear wax gets behind it and the glue they use basically cements the wax behind the mesh. Clean the inside then try your best to put the black mesh back on. If you cant i dont think it is very necessary.

Had my earbuds in the to tough to fix bucket. I cleaned the earbuds and all is working well! Thx

Hi,
Could be you blew a speaker. Often devices like these are best not used for long at maximum volume.
In the old days you could test speakers by using your device as a recorder (i.e. microphone) and see if the sound is detected. One simple experiment you can run is to plug your headphones into a microphone input, and speak into them. Fundamentally, both emitting sound and capturing sound is about dealing with vibrations in the air. The processes are opposite (one takes electrical signals as input, and outputs air vibrations, one takes vibrations in the air and transforms them into eletrical impulses).
Otherwise you might try and check for debris or dirt that clogged everything up or a wire that is starting to become loose or gives distortion, thus giving a weaker signal. iPhone 4(s) often had the debris problem due to the mesh getting clogged up with dirt or sweat, especially after getting wet by rain and others.

Try to switch equalizer. meybe you exidently changed setups… in hbs-900 it can be set by doublepress of a play button

Suddenly the device controls do not work. I can only choose from the phone. But I have low volume on the headphones and the volume up doesn't work. What's wrong; Did I lock them up without realizing it?
