My washer won’t move in to rinse cycle. It’s spins and drains water out so don’t think it’s door lock. It makes a humming sound but won’t put water back in machine to rinse??

Does the rinse cycle work when you select warm/warm on the water temperature control? If so, you are not getting cold water into the washer.
First, check to make sure both the cold and hot faucets are turned on at the wall.
