Despite using several iPhones and iPads and my Samsung Galaxy, I am unable to download the app so that I can use the computer on the handlebars. How do I change the language from Chinese to English?

How can You download it on iOS??? I got my Xiaomi Mi Qicycle yesterday but I can’t find the app on the US App Store
