The three pieces in the coffee dispenser have fallen apart. Two pieces in one spring. I have no idea how to put them back together again. Keurig 2.0

I have taken apart the k cup insert and a no three part is impossible to figure out where it goes

I've broke it down & can't figure out how to pit the spring back in on the lower needle
