Hi,
This is from the armitron manuals website for the model number you gave, so not sure which is for your model.
IW-YP12585-2 Series
1. From Time Telling Mode, press and hold ‘A’ and press ‘C’ once. The Alarm Symbol appears to indicate that the Alarm is activated and will sound at the preset Alarm Time for about 60 seconds or until ‘A’ is pressed.
2. Press and hold ‘A’ and press ‘C’ once again to deactivate the Alarm.
3. From Time Telling Mode, press and hold ‘A’ and press ‘B’ once. All of the Days of the Week appear to indicate that the Hourly Chime is activated and will sound every hour on the hour.
4. Press and hold ‘A’ and press ‘B’ once again to deactivate the Hourly Chime.
MD0699 Series
1. While in Alarm Mode, press ‘D’ to deactivate the Alarm and Chime.
2. Press ‘D’ again to activate the Alarm.
3. Press ‘D’ again to activate the Chime. The Hourly Chime symbol appears to indicate the Hourly Chime will sound every hour on the hour.
4. Press ‘D’ again to activate the Alarm and Chime.
5. Press ‘B’ three times to return to Time Telling Mode.

Not really — not sure which one is the hourly chime indicator. I’ll keep messing with it until something changes, but good work trying to get us through. It’s worse than stereo instructions used to be.
I tried. Not working. May be I don’t understand. I need video or diagrams. Thanks!

Hopefully one is for your watch and you can use the manual to work out how to do it.
I cant get the hourly chime to work tried what you said did not work
I downloaded the manual and still not getting the hourly chime to work
