The splitter of my earpods is cracked

Hi, my earpods have a problem the part which is splitting the sound to the two ear is a bit broken. The earpods still work perfectly but there are problems:

• The left side of the splitter is cracked:

• Sometimes the cable for the left ear dislocate from the splitter :

Is there any way to fix it a little bit at least the second one? I'm scared that someday I pull out the left cable by mistake.
