I have reseted it already and I don't why this is happening. I was wondering if someone can tell me how to fix it or the price to fix it. I have never dropped it in water or dropped it in general.

Perhaps maybe something stuck in the earphone jack?
When it freezes, does it just shut off and reboot?

I have the same problem with the same tablet. There is nothing in the jack. It freezes, then shuts down and reboots.
Hmm, the only thing I can think of is reflashing the firmware on this tablet, you will lose data in most cases so backup before doing so. Here is a link on how to flash android firmware:
