Which part do I need?

I recently dropped my OnePlus and the screen cracked. It has a couple of cracks from top to bottom and several broken pieces around the home button.

Since I only need to replace the crystal screen can someone point me to the correct part? Most of the replacement screens I saw either include the fingerprint sensor or a whole new frame.

Everything still works fine, screen is responsive, fingerprint is recognized and the digital back and recent apps buttons work as well.
