Which IC can be replaced or just reballed?

Wonder which iCs on both iPhone 6 and 7 that can't be replaced with new ones without any programming, so only way is reballing them without loosing IMEI and stuff like that.

For example, iPhone 7 Sound IC, U10 IC, iPhone 6 Baseband, Touch IC etc.

Ofc I try to reball all the time, but would be good to know when you need to be extra careful with the old IC if its not possible to replace without any other problems.

Generally speaking, the Baseband CPU, NAND, EEPROM & CPU are all programmed. There are tools available for programming the NAND and EEPROM but not for the Baseband CPU and main CPU/SoC.

On the iPhone 6S and up, the WLAN IC is bound to the NAND so if you want to change it, you must remove the NAND and use a programmer to unbind the the WiFi/BT address.

how about eeprom chip for baseband, i can read the original chip bcause it was cracked
