GoPro Hero4 Black not opening setup menu

When i go through the settings of Video, Photo and Multi-shot and try go on Setup, it loads for 1 second then returns to the settings bit again, is there any known fixes, and if any are to do with using a phone or something i cant as im not able to enable wireless settings.
