MY haier laptop have some performance issues . it was working too slow and after few days it was not open up showing black screen after logo . what to do now?

That is a hard issue to walk someone through on a message board. Off the top of my head I would say manually pull hard drive and use another computer (I use a hard drive dock station as long as it is a sata connection and not an ata) to copy documents and media you don't want to lose. Then you are going to have to erase the Hard Drive and re-image the OS to the Hard Drive and make it bootable using a bootable usb. Then you will still have to figure out how to activate the OS (different depending on what version of windows you have/want). If you are familiar with bootable usb's and Linux OS's then you can try and run Ubuntu (or other Linux OS) on usb drive to diagnose the internal hard drive before pulling and re-imaging. That requires a little more computer "know-how".

Keep in mind this is only if the problem is the OS on the Hard Drive (failing or possibly missing or corrupt setup files/packets). The reason I think the problem is in the hard drive is because you said it is showing a black screen after the logo. That tells me that it is before or during bootup but that the hardware components are working to keep the laptop on. Again this is me going off the limited info you have provided and sort-of taking a shot in the dark. Also, the these suggestions are somewhat technical and if you do not know how I would recommend taking it to a professional.
at first when i bought my laptop it battery performance was very perfect but since last night i keep my laptop on sleep mode and in the morning the battery was dead so i charged it again but its battery timing is not good enough ..so what should i do should i change my battery or it can be repair ??

Thinking a little more about your problem I think you may want to check that the cpu fan is working first (is there an over heating problem?). They are usually pretty cheap and relatively easy to replace in comparison to the hard drive.

I have Hair Y11c laptop
Since last night when i turn on my laptop it starts very smoothly but doesn't open desktop i think it needs new window . any one help me what should i do and how ?

Connect an external monitor to the laptop and check if the display is OK on it.
If there is no display on it either then you have a faulty motherboard.
If there is a display on the external monitor, try shining a torch at an angle close to the laptop screen to check if you can detect a display (with the laptop switched on) at all. It will be very faint so try this in a darkened room. It may help.
If you cannot detect a display on the laptop, then you have either a faulty display panel,or a faulty or loose video cable between the motherboard and the display.
If you can detect a display when using the torch then you have a backlight problem. This could be either a faulty backlight power supply on the motherboard, a faulty video cable, video cable connection at either end - motherboard or display or a faulty display panel.

hi when i click on any icon from desktop or local disk it delete this file and send to recycle bin i again install the window 10 pro 1903 version but problem cant solve please help me
