Here is a link to the service manual for your laptop, (taken from this webpage)
Scroll to p.49 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the coin cell battery.
Hopefully this is of some help.

can someone please update this page.
I am getting real time clock error
system cmos checksum bad
time and date not set
if i can repair it my self i will. but please i am begging you do not tell me i need to replace the mother board
