Try dialing *#*#7378423#*#* in the emergency call dialer, a menu should pop up then select Customization settings > Reset Customization and confirm.

Does this also apply to other Sony Xperia Z series phones? It'll save me time reflashing firmware to wipe data on Sony phones.
It does apply to other Sony Xperia Z. I do not have a comprehensive list, though. If it does not, you can adb push the service menu apk file mentioned here.
