I ve got a 200is kaddet with an import engine code XEV. The car has no spark at all, the following has been changed so far: Crankshaft position sensor, fuel pum relay, ignition coil.
What can cause a no spark condition in these cars? car is doing 300 000km on the clock.

If you can’t for whatever reason, you can scan the ECU in a backyard mechanic way. It’s a bit lengthy to explain it on here so I attached the manual I have. Read through it and see if it makes sense. Phelele Mazibuko can you let us know again what year your Opel Kadett is and possibly what engine size? What have you checked so far?

Its a 1998 year model, 2litre engine. Distributor less engine.
Changed the following:
Crankshaft sensor, fuel pump relay, ignition coil + leads.

You changed those parts because it did not have spark? It still has no spark so none of that made a difference? Ty to scan the ECU and see if you get any codes?
