Why does my Blu Studio XL 2 phone keeps dropping

I have the Blu Studio XL 2 phone which is not on the list. Anyway, it went through a recent update now when on phone calls it hangs up and the Google app "Listening.. or Ok Google pops up during the conversation and without being on the phone. I use this phone for business so it is a major problem. How can I fix this?
