Why is my phone not turning on after I try to turn it on?
My phone is straight black no lights on ,its not dead or anything,it just wont turn on.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

What happens when you connect the charger to the phone?
Do you get any indications that the battery is being charged?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

My phone has now turned on thank you @jayeff but my phone has restarted and I put in my email but its keeps saying trying again
