2 The "power button" light is on, and wont turn off?
The "power button" light is on, and wont turn off.
No other buttons work or respond.
When phone is connected to the JBL Charge 2+ it appears to charge the phone.
Thanks for any advice if anyone has had similar problem.

thanks to Jayson Van Camp
removing/unplugging the battery and then re-attaching worked for me.
