Long beeping tone when booting then starts after several seconds

When i press the power button the system turns on but has a blank screen and a long beeping sound then after a few second like 7 to 8 seconds later the screen lights up and the system boots up.

The beeping tone is the POST - Power on self-test - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power-on_s... for more details. Does the system boot successfully eventually?

Yes it does boot successfully afterwards.
