1 Cannot close cover, how do it fix it?
I opened it to insert a Kcup and now it won’t close. How can I fix it?

The workaround works great. The actual fix is too complicated for me. Lol! At least I can still use it. Thank you!

We were able to lift up on the cover and push down on a black plate and it closed until we ordered a new one. I am still searching for a repair because it was one of the better Keurig’s

I have the same problem and also found that pushing the bottom plate down allows me to close the Machine
What part did you order .? I can’t seem to see what the problem is although pushing the lower plate down allows it to work I cannot figure what needs the fix obviously the unit is old enough that trying to have it repaired simply isn’t worth it

Thanks, I can make coffee now. There has to be a better permanent fix. Maybe replace a part?
