Nextbook ares 11.6 boot loop and defultuser0 password

I have a nextbook ares 11.6 with windows 10. I have reset the two in one tablet many times and it goes into a boot loop, and when I try to go under advanced options such as; start up repair, command prompt and stuff it asks for a password for defultuser0 and since it goes into boot loop I can't make a username or anything and since I never made a defultuser0 on this since I'm resetting it I can't do anything with it. I've tried everything that I know.
