Unable to boot even in bios

When I turn my desktop on, it says no boot found. I’ve tried changing boot priorities but all is the same, even used a windows USB boot and still same problem

What is the make and model number of the desktop?

What OS is installed?

Did you try enabling Legacy USB or CSM settings in BIOS to allow booting from a USB disc?
