Why cant I see my video settings

hi guys uhm i was browsing Youtube to see the best settings to watch bluray in clear quality on my ps3 and i came across a video which asked me to chsnge video settings but whenn i got to the settings bar i couldn’t find video settings on there

please does anyone know how to fix that?
