my phone has been locked by myself phone is made in vietnam,i forgot my direction series and also restarted my phone and it is showing like……..your phone was restarted and needs to be unlocked using series of directions.you can use your fingerprint next timeyou unlock your phone. i dont understand what to do now this phone is not indian it a abroad phone how can i unlock it?

You will probably need to factory reset the phone. During this process you will unfortunately lose any information that is not backed up.

Before I say how to get around this, is there any data on your phone you cannot afford to lose? What my technique will do is factory reset your phone and it will erase all your data. So far my technique is pretty much the only way...

I'm always fascinated by how many people "forget" their unlock code. You enter it into your phone several times a day, every day, then suddenly you "forget" it? How does that happen?

You follow the directions that the phone gave you, that you just typed for us: "Your phone was restarted and needs to be unlocked using series of directions. You can use your fingerprint next time you unlock your phone." Follow the directions and you should be fine.

Well this is a common thing, it really happens.
People get used to using the fingerprint scanner on the home button and eventually forget their passcode / pattern because they never end up using it for a while unless they turn off or restart their phone.
