First Hold down the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the device.
Once it’s turned off hold down both the ‘Power’ button and ‘Volume Up’ button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
Using the ‘Volume Down’ button, wait until you have selected clear EMMC and press the ‘Power’ Button to confirm. If the options are in another language select the option with ‘EMMC’ in the title.

Useless, frozen on Levono screen.
Can bring up restore section, but nothing happens when told to wipe data & restore factory settings.
Obviously Lenovo has problems with their iPads & computers.
I had a similar problem when I updated my laptop.
