Computer has no signs of life but processor area gets warm/hot

Hello iFixit team! I’ve been working on my own X555l laptop for quite some time and cant figure out why it wont boot! The area of most of the chips get warm like its doing something but the fan doesn’t spin and the screen doesn’t come on.
