Car continues to overheat. I’ve replaced radiator. When i turn on heat it does not blow hot. Also it idles roughly and u have to keep foot on gas to keep it running in park. Any pointers?

The first thing to check is that the coolant level is full and that there is no air in the system. When you replaced the radiator did you “burp” the cooling system? Low coolant or trapped air can cause all of the issues you listed. Let me know after you check those two things. Good luck!

My 2003 Honda Accord has been running rough for about two weeks and then today,I'm driving on the highway it loses power dies ,it's hot,put water in let it sit about 4hours after changing the thermostat,start it and it has no power,goes about 20 miles an hour struggling

Get the car's OBDII port scanned for any codes. If there are any, the codes will help you to know what is going on with the engine.

Hi,
The coolant thermostat may not be opening which prevents the flow of coolant through the engine block to cool the engine (and also to flow through the heater radiator in the passenger compartment if the heater is turned on).
This causes the engine to overheat, especially when the vehicle is stopped in traffic with the engine idling, and it also means there is no hot air when you turn on the heater.
The way to check if it is opening:
When the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine.
Be safety aware as the engine is running: vehicle in park or neutral, handbrake on
As the engine warms, after a while (check the engine temp gauge) you should notice the coolant in the neck of the radiator start to “flow” or “swirl” indicating that the thermostat has opened and that the coolant is being pumped through the engine.
Be careful as the coolant temperature increases the liquid expands and it might overflow from the neck of the radiator''
Hopefully you’ll notice whether or not the thermostat has opened before this occurs

There are usually 3 things that will cause a car to over heat,
1, Bad radiator (or holes in one of the radiator hoses leading to and from the engine). it you need to keep adding coolant ,
2. A bad water pump that is supposed to move the water between the engine and radiator. if the Radiator is and reservoir are full but the car is still over heating then you probably have a bad water pump.
3. A leak in the head gasket which i letting water into the combustion chamber. Check to see if there are any signs of water bubbles or water marks around the engine block. you will sometimes see steam coming form the engine the engine when its hot. or the coolant turns a thick yellow. number 3 is the worst case as repairing it is costly.
but it sounds like you have air in the cooling system so check the hoses

My 2003honda accord was running rough for like two weeks ,today I got on the highway was doing about 65 when it died,it was hot ,I put water in let sit for about 4hours went to start and it ran like it was hot and barely moved,can any one help,I've changed the thermostat,still losing power
