Remove / reinstall cigarette lighter

I plugged a device into my cigarette lighter outlet; the plug got stuck; it will not come out.  I would like to remove the cigarette lighter outlet - I may be able to remove the stuck plug if I can remove the cigarette lighter outlet.  Either that, or I can simply replace the cigarette lighter outlet.

Does anyone know how to remove / reinstall the cigarette lighter outlet in a 2013 Toyota Corolla?
