Jakhoo, if you want to get meaningful answers, you need to do a better job of asking questions. I edited your question slightly to include a title, and a product description. This helps others in the future search for and find your question & answer.
As to the Tristar IC, you really should specify which phone model you are interested in as it is in a different place on every major revision of the iPhone. You can download the schematics and search for it yourself as well but you’ll need to use your good friend Google to find the schematics as we can’t share them here.

Go into edit mode in your question and select the iPhone/iPad device you are working on.
I also recommend you back fill us on what your issue was and why you think the tristar needs replacing. The more detail the better!
