My Sony TV whilst watching will occasionally goes black. The picture slowly turns black, there is sound. Only option is to turn the TV off back on again and then it's OK

Sounds like an issue with either the power board or the mainboard. We'll need the exact model number and let us know what you have tried thus far to fix it. Post some picture of all of your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see
