A few years ago I spilled water on my A1465 Macbook Air 11 inch.
Ever since I have used it connected to a monitor. When you shine a flashlight you can see all of the screens and icons on the Macbook. It boots up properly.
Would it be possible to put in a new logic board to fix this issue of the backlight?

It would also be possible to repair your current logic board backlight circuit. Apple won’t do it, but you can find around a few labs specialized in component level repairs. A board replacement would of course fix the issue too.

I saw some corrosion around the display data cable. Since I will be getting a new board that will not be an issue.
But I want to know if the LCD data cable will be ok?
@gsjj5 The more the pins are clean and shiny the higher is the change the display was untouched therefore in working condition. I cannot tell for sure at a distance, but the fact you still see the image increases chances it's ok.

Got The connector off. Part of it got corroded away.
