I cannot find a parts list for your model to verify what the problem may be. and I don't want to mislead you. Apologies.
How old is the refrigerator?
Depending on your location the fridge may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty As shown in the link it may be a 2 or 5 year warranty
Check the documentation that came with your fridge as to what it is where you are to see if it is still covered.
if it is follow the directions given in the warranty about how to contact the manufacturer regarding a warranty service.
