Bluetooth headset stopped connecting to devices.

I have had a Jabra Elite Sport 13.5 wireless Bluetooth headset for almost two years. Without any other indications, the headset was no longer discoverable by any devices, even while previously paired, or forgetting the device, or on any new devices.

A hard reset did not work, and there was no damage to the device. The Jabra headset still appears to function the same, but it is not discoverable or pairable.

If one could service their bluetooth device, would there be a way to fix this problem?
