1. Turn off the tablet. Yes, completely off.
2. Press and Hold both the Volume Up and the Power button at the same time.
3. Keep holding the buttons till you see the startup screen.
4. Press Volume up five times when you see the Android with an exclamation to reveal the recovery menu.
5. Since touch screen doesn’t work on this mode use volume up and down to move on the menu and power button to select.
6. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
7. Select Yes- Delete all user data.
8. After the wiping select Reboot System Now.

I have this exact tablet and it is practically brand new. I have some pictures and videos from Disney World in Florida with my grandsons. If I do the reset to factory settings, I will lose everything, right? My youngest messed with the login and password and it locked up. I’m talking 6 years ago. It has sat undisturbed since then. It charges up and turns on really good. What do I do? Anyone? Can I take it to someone?

Mine turns on and stays at where it says visual land prestige that's as far as it will go ???
My tablet screen went to the log on screen and requires a password. When I depress the buttons as suggested nothing happens just black screen.
No I couldn’t reset to the factory.
