While they don’t have an online shop, you can order replacement parts by calling their help line. From their website:
Do you require a replacement part for your machine?
Allow one of our Coffee Specialists to assist you through your Spare Part selection by calling the Nespresso Assistance on 800-562-1465 for Original and on 877-964-6299 for Vertuo. Call is free of charge and 24/7.

The 1465 # above will only supply external parts for the Citiz. If out of warranty (1yr.) Send it in for about $125 repair fee. They are worthless for a DIYer
