Hi, I’m curious if it is possible to fit iPhone SE internals into an iPhone 5 shell. I really like the black iPhone 5 and would love to do this. If not, are there other options?

All Apple iPhone models are built with different parts. You can hardly use parts from a different model to fix or customize another iPhone device that is not the same model. By doing so, you are risking a lot of things by doing this. A lot of time, effort, your warranty, and the possibility of some internals not working properly are at stake if you attempt this.
I would strongly advise against attempting this, unless you have a very strong knowledge of the iPhone’s internals and know exactly what you are doing when disassembling.

What if i send both iphone SE and iphone 5 to iFixit... can you guys replace the internals on the iphone 5 for the ones from iphone SE?

Armando, I'm afraid that's impossible for anyone..as answered below already, inner parts of the two iPhones are so different that what you would like to have done is not possible.
