I’ve been trying to add the photos onto my phone via the app, when I select to transfer it, the transfer fails. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still not working

Maybe you could transfer via WiFi, just go to your phone WiFi settings and manually connect to the WiFi, finally click on “Connect to Camera” in Samsung Smart Camera app on your phone.
If it doesn’t work for you,you could try Cloud storage sevice or 3rd party tool.
