Not able to remove drum per instructions.

I am trying to remove the (spinning) drum to get to look for a diamond my wife dropped in the washer. (I believe I heard it fall when first looking).

I have everything removed per the instructions I have, but at the point it says/shows I should be able to pull the drum out, it will not release. It seems to still be connected to something….
