My top right of the tab from the back is overheating

So I was watching Netflix when all of a sudden my tab blacked out and the top right part behind it began to excessively heat , when I took out the back and tried to restart I could see red pulses of light from behind the steel part thing just right of the camera. Please tell me what's wrong someone said that maybe the flash ic has shorted? If that's it is it easily replaceable? Otherwise please diagnose
