My left earphone detached from the left and right earphone splitter

When I was using my headphones for several days , it got loose from the left and right junction so I always had to use it while twisting it in different angles so that it worked.

But yesterday when i was twisting , it suddenly came out from the splitter and i don’t know how to open it. It does not have screws or anything.
