Kodak All In One Printer Only Prints Blue Will Not Print Black

I have a Kodak All In One Printer Hero 4.2. Not sure if this really has anything to do with it, started having this problem after I changed color ink. The printer will not print black, color only prints blue, ink in black cartridge is half full the color is full. I seen this on another thread, since the color was pretty new, I shook the ink cartridges which helped a little. So, I shook it again with no improvement. I’ve tried running all the test, Calibrate Printer, Cleaning Print Heads with no luck, tried cleaning the heads with rubbing alcohol with no help. Any suggestions on what I can do?
