What processor could I replace on this device?
The board has 1GHz BCM2835 single-core processor, would there be any processor upgrades for this?

Pi3B and Pi2Bv1.2 both use the BCM2837.
To be completely honest i can't make a justification for trying to upgrade it, vs buying a 3b or3b+

Really don't see a point in upgrading a $10 computer in the first place, it would honestly be cheaper and less of a hassle just to get a more powerful Pi 3
