Couldn't find speaker anywhere online…Where can I buy a replacement speaker?

Have you tried taking a look on ebay? If all else fails, you could try buying a for parts not working item. Also, is your device still under warranty? It is possible you may be able to replace the entire unit in the event that it cannot be repaired.
