My power light is on but my battery light keeps blinking

My laptop fell to the ground and since then I keep seeing my power light on and my battery light blinking. The laptop was charging and was on sleep mode when it fell. Please what should I do.

Does it boot up still?

No, it just shows the power light and a constant blinking power light. I have tried hard reset nothing is working. I tried uncoupling the system and cleaning some areas still no show. Switched the ram stick couple of times still nothing. Don't know what to do.

Einstellungen

Assuming there is no hardware damage try this:

  • Power off the laptop.
  • Take the battery out. If the battery is integrated and does not have a latch to release it then leave the battery inside the laptop.
  • Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
  • Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.
  • Power ON the laptop.
